Welcome! I am a Ph.D candidate in the Department of Political Science at Yale University. I specialize in international relations and quantitative methods.

My research centers on domestic sources of conflict and peace, with a particular focus on nationalism, as well as on nuclear proliferation and alliance politics. I use experimental, quantitative, and qualitative methods to identify causal effects and uncover the underlying mechanisms at play.

I have a regional specialization in East Asia. I have conducted several rounds of fieldwork in China, Japan, and Taiwan.

I am the student coordinator of Yale Macmillan International Relations Seminar Series, 2016-2017.
